  1. What does Aum Garden shop sell?

    The Aum Garden Shop is an online shopping portal managed by Aum Garden located in Singapore. Aum Garden carters to all gardening lovers and health conscious individuals. Here is an overview of what the online shop offer:

    • Organic Veggies Tower
    • Gardening Tools
    • Quality Vegetable and Microgreen Seeds

    Shopping at the Aum Garden online shop is a breeze! Simply choose the items you want, add it to your shopping cart and place your order! 

  2. Where can I locate you? Any physical shop?

    Unfortunately, Aum Garden does not have a physical shop. It is highly recommended that you do your shopping online. 

  3. Do I need to register for an account on the website before any purchase?

    No, you do not need to register for an account to make any purchase. However, registering an account will speed up the process for future purchase. You may register at https://www.aumgarden.com/account/register .

  4. How do I register for an account?

    Do fill in your name, email address and desired password (minimum 5 characters) and click the CREATE button. After which, please log-in to your account using your email address and password.

    In the event that you are unable to create or log in to your account, do call us at 8481 7108 or drop us an email at enquiry@aumgarden.com

  5. How do I make a purchase?

    Step-By-Step guide on how to purchase the items:

    • Log in to your account 
    • Browse through our product CATALOG or view the products listed under COLLECTIONS. Alternatively, you can use the search bar located on the top right hand corner and key in your desired product name.
    • Click on the items you want and add it to your shopping cart
    • Once you are ready to checkout, click on CHECK OUT located on the top right hand corner of the website
    • View and verify the full list of the items in your shopping cart, once done, click on the CHECKOUT button
    • Fill in the coupon code for additional discount (optional)
    • Fill in all the information required for customer information, shipping method and payment method and click on COMPLETE ORDER to confirm your order
    • An order confirmation slip/invoice will be sent to your email. Do keep it for future reference

  6. Are the prices listed on the website fixed?

    Prices on the Aum Garden online shop are fixed. However, we do offer discounts on some of our products occasionally. On top of that, Aum Garden does offer and publish certain coupon codes to be used in our online shop for additional discounts on our social media site.   7. Does Aum Garden offer international shipment of goods?

    Unfortunately, as of now, Aum Garden online shop only caters to the local client (Singapore) and do not offer international shipping to foreign customers.


  8. Does your company offer those with bulk quantity purchases additional discount?

    Bulk purchase discount options (if available) are already displayed on the products as a variable option. However, if you wish to purchase more and the option is unavailable, feel free to contact us at naturallandssg@gmail.com and we get back to you as soon as possible.

  9. Can I access my shopping cart on another computer?

    Your shopping cart is available on all devices once you have logged in to your account. All orders that you have made are saved in your account.

  10. Can I cancel my order after confirmation of purchase?

    Unfortunately, no cancellation is allowed once your have paid for the products. Therefore it is highly recommended that you confirm all items in your shopping cart as well as shipping option before proceeding to the payment option.


  • Do note that Cash-on-Delivery is NOT accepted as Aum Garden engages external courier services for the delivery of all our products with the exception of Live Plants and the Organic Veggie Wall.
  • As of now, the Aum Garden online shop only accepts Credit/Debit card and PayPal payment. We accept most major cards supported by VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.
  • Your card details will be protected by industry-leading encryption standards so you can shop with a peace of mind.
  • We do not keep your credit card information in any database as we treat your security very seriously. Each credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment and is submitted directly to the respective banks.
  • Any order confirmation and summary will be sent to your email once you have placed (and paid for) your order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Aum Garden engages an external courier for the delivery of all our products with the exception of Live plants and the Organic Veggies Tower.
  • Tracking number will be provided to customer once courier receives items from us.
  • Delivery shall be within Singapore only. For places where a delivery permit is needed, please contact us at 8481 7108.
  • Standard delivery lead time for courier delivery is between 3 days to 2 weeks from the confirmation of order.
  • Live Plants and Organic Veggie Wall delivery (and/or assembly) is handled by Aum Garden  and will be delivered within 2 weeks from the confirmation of order.

  • A Self-Collection option is also available when you check out. Self collection is available for collection within 1 to 2 weeks after confirmation of order at 468B Admiralty Drive, #02-29. Singapore 752468. Please wait for our sms to confirm collection date and time. Collection will be on Mondays to Fridays between 10am - 6pm.

  • Delivery Fee ranges from S$6 to S$22 depending on size and weight of package.
    Standard Shipping 0kg to 5kg $6
    Medium Shipping 5kg to 10kg $10
    Heavy Shipping 10kg to 20kg $18
    Ultra Heavy / Live Plant Shipping Live Plants or >20kg $22

  • A delivery email with tracking number will be sent to your email address to confirm that the parcel is on its way.
  • Unfortunately due to the constraints of the courier service, we are unable to give you an exact date and time of delivery, however some couriers might call you before attempting the delivery.
  • In the even of an unsuccessful delivery, the courier will contact you for a re-delivery attempt or self-collection.
  • International Shipping is NOT available at Aum Garden at the moment. However, bulk purchases could be arranged under certain conditions, please contact us at (+65 8481 7108) or drop us an email enquiry@aumgarden.com

Return Policy

  • We advice our customers to check the items upon receiving it. 
  • Aum Garden has a return/exchange policy whereby you can request for a return/exchange within 24hrs of receiving the items.
  • To qualify for a return/exchange, the items in the package must be unused and in its original packaging (plastic and box).
  • To qualify for a return/exchange, the following condition(s) must be met:
    - Damaged items
    - Defective goods
    - Wrong item(s) delivered
    - Missing parts
  • Aum Garden will bear the cost of collection and re-delivery as a result of a return/exchange.
  • Steps to take in an event of a Return/Exchange:
    1) Contact us at 8481 7108 and leave your name and contact details with us
    2) A pick-up or drop-off service will be arranged
    3) Kindly ensure that the item to be returned/exchanged is in its original packaging
    4) In the event of an exchange, we will deliver the product to you within 3-5 working days.
  • Note: Any item that you have accepted from the courier and/or is due for return/exchange is your responsibility. Aum Garden is not liable for any damage to the goods that is under your care.
