Banana passion fruit

Banana passionfruit (Passiflora tarminiana and related species) is a fast-growing, evergreen climbing vine native to the Andean cloud forests of South America that produces edible, banana-shaped yellow-orange fruits.

Banana passion fruits are packed with vitamin C and many other health benefits. They are easy to grow and produce fruits. Passion fruits in general and banana passion fruit in particular is suitable for our Singapore climate. It is also a great plant to provide natural shade for hot rooftop or balcony garden.
