Cuban Oregana

Cuban Oregano is best suited to grow in partly shaded areas porches, balconies, patios and courtyards which get a few hours of sunlight everyday. It must have well-drained soil or potting soil and water it once a week. It loves humidity.

A lot of people use Cuban Oregano in their cooking. You can use the leaves as a salad or add them to a blender with other ingredients for a marinade. It can be used fresh or fried for cooking. 

Water the plant sparingly cos if its too wet, the leaves will rot. Some say it can keep mosquitoes away.
