Keffir Lime (Limau Purut)

Kaffir lime leaves are often used in Thai, Indonesian and Singapore recipes such as green or ref curry and Tom yum soup. They have a sliced-citrus flavour many says it's better than bay leaves and curry leaves and excellent for seasoning and preparing savory curry pastes.

Kaffir lime needs plenty of sun and sunny spots. Water it when you find the soil slightly dry to touch. For healthy plant growth, feed with organic fertiliser twice month.
